Shipping and Delivery Policy

Book For Look sells appointments, not physical products. Nothing is posted, couriered or shipped to you, so there are no delivery charges, no delivery addresses and no tracking numbers. This policy explains what you receive when you pay, when you receive it, and where the service itself takes place. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read with them, and with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
1. What you are buying
Every purchase on Book For Look is a booked appointment for a beauty or grooming service — a haircut, a facial, a manicure, a treatment — to be performed in person by the provider you chose, at the date and time you chose.
Book For Look is a marketplace. We operate the platform and collect payment; the service itself is performed by the independent salon, barber, spa or clinic you booked with.
2. What is delivered, and when
Two things are delivered, at two different moments.
Your booking confirmation — immediately. As soon as your booking is placed and payment is accepted, your appointment appears under *My Bookings* in your account and in the Book For Look app. We also send a confirmation by email, and by push notification if you use the app. If the provider needs to confirm the slot, you are notified again as soon as they do. This confirmation is your proof of purchase and is available at any time from your account.
The service itself — at your appointment time. The provider performs the service you booked, in person, at the time you selected.
If a confirmation has not reached you within a few minutes, check *My Bookings* first — the booking is recorded there whether or not the email arrives. If it is not there, contact us using the details in section 7.
3. Where the service takes place
At the provider's own premises, at the address shown on their page on Book For Look. That address, along with a map and directions, is shown before you book and again on your confirmation.
Book For Look does not currently offer at-home or mobile services. Every booking is performed at the provider's listed location.
4. Service area
Book For Look operates in Pakistan. All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
5. Delivery charges
None. Because nothing is shipped, no delivery, courier, postage or handling fee is ever added to a booking. The price you see for a service is the price used at checkout, together with any platform fee shown to you before you confirm.
6. If the service cannot be delivered
If a provider cancels, cannot perform the service, or does not open at your appointment time, you are entitled to a refund under our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which sets out how much is returned and how long it takes. The same applies if you cancel within the windows that policy describes.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method or to your Book For Look wallet, as set out in that policy. Nothing needs to be returned or posted back to us, because nothing was shipped to you.
